新型大型转炉快速清冷钢装置的设计与计算

Design of New Device for Cleaning of Cold Steel Blocked on Mouth of Furnace

摘要 针对传统"局部熔化+机械冲击"清冷钢工艺中存在的缺陷,提出了"反射熔化"的新思路,设计出了崭新的大型转炉快速清冷钢装置;并通过计算与现场试验,得出了适合宝钢第二炼钢厂转炉快速清冷钢装置的20°导流罩倾角。新装置投入使用后,清理时间缩短了90%、能耗降低了80%,为转炉清冷钢工艺开拓了思路,为清冷钢装置的设计和现场应用提供了借鉴。 This paper introduces a new way and new device, which is used for cleaning the cold steel blocked on the opening edge of the large FOB. The device is created to solve the problems of the traditional ways of cleaning cold steel. And the paper puts emphasis on design and calculation. The writers draw out the suitable guiding angle on the basis of combining the analysis of theory with a lot of practices. After the new device is put into practice, the time for cleaning is decreased by 90%, and the consumption of oxygen gas is decreased by 80%.
