摘要
安钢6高炉通过采取精料、优化高炉操作、加强上料和出铁管理以及TNPM设备运作等降低工序能耗的技术措施后,2006年7月工序能耗(标煤)达到430kg/t,比2005年同期降低57kg/t。
Technology developments of reducing process energy consumption on No 6 BF of Anyang Steel Company are summarized in this paper. By means of raw materials beneficiation, optimizing BF operation, strengthening the management of BF charging and tapping, adopting the TNPM equipment operation and so on, the process energy consumption has attained to the level of 430 kg/t in July of 2006,which lowers by 57 kg/t than that during the same period of 2005.
