介绍了梅山高炉喷吹煤粉的计量控制原理,采用动态修正因子技术,通过调节煤流因子和改变喷吹煤种,解决了喷吹计量中煤流计计量不准的问题。
The principle of controlling pulverized coal injection at Meishan Steel is introduced. By adopting dynamic correction factor, adjusting coal flow factor and changing the kind of coal, the accuracy of measurement with SWR engineering DensFlow was improved.
