摘要
为了实现钢水低过热度恒温连铸,提高铸坯质量,提出一种新的水平连铸机中间包加热方案,采用3相电弧加热和底吹氩设计,将钢水精炼和连铸两道工艺结合为一体。该方案操作和维护简单、运行可靠、生产费用低,生产实践证明其性能优于等离子加热和中频感应加热。
In order to keep low super heat and constant temperature casting and for excellent product quality,a new tundish heating equipment of horizontal continuous casting machine was proposed, in which a three-phase electric arc heating system and argon gas bubbling from tundish bottom are adopted. In this way,the molten steel refining and continuous casting are combined. This equipment is simple for operation and maintenance with high reliability and low operation cost. Comparative analysis of methods of tundish heating with plasma torch, induction coils, and electric arc was performed. The advantages of three-phase electric arc heating was proved by practice.
