摘要
轧制冷轧薄板时常出现分层"起泡"现象,并造成废品。截取大量薄板"起泡"分层试样,进行金相观测,对分层裂纹的典型部位进行电镜分析。使用Scheil方程计算了钢水凝固过程中存在的[O],过量氧导致FeO夹杂物沿晶界析出;在轧制过程中FeO夹杂物严重破坏基体的连续性,引起分层。为避免分层现象,冶炼时加强脱氧,采取全程保护浇注,降低钢中氧含量。
The lamination or "bubbling" on strip is occurred during cold rolling. The samples were studied by metallorgraphy and electron microscopy. With Scheil equation, the excess oxygen content of steel during solidification was caculated, which causes the precipitation of FeO inclusions at grain boundaries. In rolling, the continuity of steel is damaged causing lamination. Strong dcoxidation and protective casting can reduce oxygen content avoid the stratified phenomenon.
