Effects of Additives on Precipitation Behavior of Perovskite in Ti-Bearing Blast Furnace Slag

摘要 研究了不同添加剂对含钛高炉渣中钙钛矿相析出行为的影响,考察钙钛矿结晶量、晶粒度及晶体形貌的变化,并初步探讨了添加剂的作用机理。结果表明,CaF2添加量为3%~5%,对钙钛矿析出有一定的促进作用,使结晶量有所增加、部分晶粒粗化。氟碳铈矿添加量为1%~5%,可使钙钛矿结晶量明显增加,但却使晶体细化成球团状。添加3%~5%Cr2O3能明显促进钙钛矿析出,结晶量达21.46%~24.69%,晶粒呈粗大等轴晶,晶粒度约为48.7~51.6μm。Cr2O3为有效添加剂,有利于提高选矿分离效果。 The effects of different additives on the precipitation behavior of perovskite in the Ti-bearing blast furnace slag were studied. The changes in the volume fraction, grain size and the crystal morphologies of perovskite were investigated. Also the mechanisms of affecting the precipitation of perovskite by the additives were elementarily studied. The results indicate that 3 %- 5 % CaF2 may facilitate the precipitation of perovskite to a certain extent, thus its volume fraction is somewhat increased and its grains are partially coarsened. Although the 1%- 5% fluor bastnasite can evidently increase the volume fraction of perovskite, its grains become fine and nodular. Adding 3%- 5% Cr2O3 can obviously promote the precipitation of perovskite with the volume fraction of 21. 46%- 24.69% and its crystals become coarse and equiaxed grains of 48.7-51.6μm. So Cr203 as an effective additive is beneficial to the improvement on the separation of perovskite from the slag by the mineral dressing.
