摘要
近年来,安徽省县域产业集群对经济发展的带动作用开始显现,但县域产业集群的发展总体还不成熟。文章在分析安徽省县域经济发展现状的基础上,联系县域产业集群发展的理论与实际,研究了安徽省县域政府在产业集群发展中的角色定位及其功能,并分析了政府引导、发展产业集群的助推时机的选择问题。
In recent years, the leading role of county industry clusters in the Anhui Province to the economic growth begins to appear, but the development of county industrial clusters is not yet mature in overall. The article linkages the theory and practice of the development of county industrial clusters, based on analyzing the present situation of county economy in the Anhui province, and studies the right role allocation and function of county region government in the development of industrial clusters. Then it also analyzes the choice question of right time when county region government promotes the development of industrial clusters.
