The Magnificent Achievement of Five Years since Reform and Open Policy in China

自1978年改革开放至今已整整30年,这30年每隔5年就会举行一次党的全国代表大会,而每次党的会议既对过去做了总结又对未来做了规划,因此文章以此为分界点把这30年划分为6个时期,这样能清晰的看清中国这30年来的发展历程。这6个时期中尤以2003年-2007年这5年成就最为突出,国民经济高速平稳发展、经济效益明显提高、人民生活水平显著改善、综合国力空前增强。事实证明,这五年是自改革开放以来成就最辉煌的五年。

It has already 30 years since reform and open policy from 1978 to 2007. The National People＇s Congress of Party was hold each 5 years in 30 years. It made the summary of past and the plan in the future in party conference each time. Therefore 30 years was divided to 6 times, it can see clearly development course of 30 year. The achievement was especially most prominent from 2003 to 2007 in 30 years. National economy was developed in high steady speed. Economic efficiency was distinct enhanced. The live level of people was remarkable improved. The comprehensive national strength was enhanced unprecedently. It proved that the five years was five years of the most magnificent achievement since the reform and open policy.
