《中国儿童骨龄评分法》在儿童生长发育门诊的应用

The application of method for assessing bone age of Chinese children to out-patient clinic of puerile growth and development

目的探讨《中国儿童骨龄评分法》在儿童生长发育门诊的应用。方法通过对190例在我院生长发育门诊就诊儿童左手腕正位X线片的观察,应用《中国儿童骨龄评分法》进行骨龄评分,得出骨龄。结果健康男孩、女孩骨龄与年龄基本一致,性早熟患儿骨龄明显大于年龄,垂体性侏儒症、甲状腺功能低下患儿骨龄明显小于年龄,体质性发育迟缓患儿骨龄落后不明显。结论运用《中国儿童骨龄评分法》测定骨龄具有较高的准确性。

Objective To investigate the application of method for assessing bone age of Chinese children to out-patient clinic of puerile growth and development. Methods We observed 190 children＇ X-rays of left hands and wrists and applied method for assessing bone age of Chinese childrens to score their bone age Results Nomal boys and girls＂ bone age are in accord with their actual age. Preco- cious childrens bone age are elder than their actual age children＇s such as pituitary dwarfism and thyroid hypofunction bone age are younger than their actual age Physical hypoevolutism childrens bone age are not retarded obviously. Conclusion Applying method for assessing bone age of Chinese children to measure bone age is very precise. Method for assessing bone age of Chinese children will be applied generally in out-patient clinic of puerile growth and development.
