雷米芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉对小儿扁桃体切除术苏醒期的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察雷米芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉对小儿扁桃体和腺样体切除术苏醒期的影响。方法选择扁桃体和腺样体切除术的小儿40例,随机分为两组:雷米芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉组(R组),异氟醚吸入全麻组(I组),每组20例。记录两组术毕苏醒期小儿各时间点的警觉/镇静评分(OAA/S评分),总计吸痰次数,呛咳、躁动及手术创面出血的发生情况。结果R组在停药后5min、10min、20min及拔管时的OAA/S评分高于I组(P<0.05或P<0.01);R组的总计吸痰次数少于I组(P<0.01);R组呛咳、躁动、创面出血率低于I组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论雷米芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉用于小儿扁桃体和腺样体切除术,苏醒迅速、完全,呛咳、躁动及创面出血发生少。
