针刺配合电磁疗治疗乳腺增生病临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察针刺配合电磁疗法治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效,并探讨此法治疗乳腺增生病的可能机制。方法将60例乳腺增生病患者随机分为两组,各30例,治疗组采用针刺配合电磁疗法,对照组口服三苯氧胺。所有患者均检测治疗前后黄体期血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)二项激素水平。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为93.3%,两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组血清E2水平均下降,而P水平均上升,两组治疗后E2、P值与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组在治疗前后组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论针刺配合电磁疗能调整乳腺增生病患者紊乱的下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴内分泌功能,恢复乳腺组织正常的增生-复旧过程,并且其临床疗效接近于西药水平。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus electromagnetotherapy in treating mastoplasia and explore the possible mechanism of this treatment for mastoplasia. Methods Sixty mastoplasia patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus electromagnetotherapy and the control group took Tamoxifen. Progestational serum estradiol (E2 ) progesterone (P) were measured in all the patients before and after treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 93.3% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Serum E2 levels dropped but P levels rose in both groups after treatment. There were statistically significant differences in E2 and P values between pretreatment and posttreatment in both groups (P 〈 0.05 ) but no statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion Acupuncture plus electromagnetotherapy can regulate disordered endocrine function of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovary axis, restore the normal process of mammary proliferation and recovery and make the clinical therapeutic effect close to the level of western medicines.
