摘要
由间苯二酚和邻苯二酚出发,经七步反应合成了带4,4'-联吡啶正离子识别点的32-冠-10和31-冠-10三种侧臂冠醚,并用NMR,IR,ESI-MS进行了结构表征.通过1HNMR实验研究了三种侧臂冠醚在溶液中的自组装行为.结果表明冠醚中氢的化学位移随浓度的改变而变化,在浓溶液中侧臂冠醚单体通过超分子自组装形成了线性链状准聚轮烷.同时,还通过热重分析法(TGA)研究了三种侧臂冠醚的热稳定性.
Three kinds of bisarylene crown ether derivatives with a self-recognition side arm were synthesized starting from resorcinol and catechol, and their structures were confirmed by NMR, IR and ESI-MS spectra. Their self-assembly behavior in solution was investigated by means of 1H NMR experiment in acetone-d6. It was found that the chemical shift values of protons of the lariat ethers were changed with increase of their concentration. These results indicate that daisy chain-type polypseudorotaxanes were formed in concentrated solution. Their thermal stabilities were also studied by thermogravimetry analysis.
