摘要 本文用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为基体,表面活化处理的超细氢氧化镁(MH)为主要阻燃剂,有机硅复合物为阻燃增效剂,制备了无卤阻燃电缆料。通过对试样的热分解分析(TG)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、氧指数和物理机械性能电性能的测试,结果表明:有机硅复合物与MH混合有明显的阻燃协同作用,MH的添加剂为80份时,复合材料的氧指数可达32-33;断裂伸长率达60%左右。与进口的硅酮粉相比,自制的有机硅复合物具有明显的性价比的优势,可替代使用。 A new HFFR cable compound was prepared by using EVA as the matrix, superfine surface-properties-acti- vated magnesium hydroxide (MH) as the main fire retardant and organic silicon composite as fire-retardant synergistic agent, Analysis was made using the TG and SEM methods and the oxygen index as well as the electrical, physical and mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that apparent fire-retardant synergism interaction exists between organic silicon composites and MH. At 80 parts of MH, the oxygen index can reach 32 - 33 and the elongation at break can reach 60%. Compared with imported silicones powder, the home-made organic composite is remarkably superior in terms of cost performance and can be substituted for the import.
