摘要
以废混凝土(花岗岩骨料)为蒸压材料,研究了各组成材料对废混凝土蒸压制品强度的影响。实验结果表明,在1.2MPa饱和蒸汽压下,废混凝土中各主要组成材料均参与了水热反应。废混凝土中水泥石的存在有利于废混凝土蒸压制品强度的提高,而水泥石量的多少对不同的废混凝土蒸压制品的最大强度值影响并不大。废混凝土蒸压制品的强度与其混凝土原始配合比没有明显的相关性。将废混凝土(花岗岩骨料)用作蒸压制品原材料是一条新的有效的选择途径。
The effect of each composition on autoclave strength of waste concrete is studied taking waste concrete (granite aggregate) as autoclave material. The experimental result indicates that every main composition of waste concrete participates in hydrothermal reaction under 1.2 MPa saturated vapor pressure. The existence of hardened cement paste in waste concrete is of great advantage to improve the autoclave strength of waste concrete autoclaved product and its content has little influence on maximum strength value of different waste concrete autoclaved products. The strength of waste concrete autoclaved product has no obvious correlativity with the concrete initial mix ratio. Selection of waste concrete (granite aggregate) as autoclave material is a new effective way.
