摘要
根据现行砌体基本力学性能试验方法标准和砌体结构设计规范,就混凝土小型砌块专用砌筑砂浆剂对砌块砌体抗压强度和沿通缝截面抗剪强度等基本力学性能的影响,进行了试验研究。结果表明,虽然专用砌筑砂浆剂的掺入,混凝土小型砌块砌体抗压强度设计值出现了不同程度的降低,但仍能满足规范规定砌体抗压强度设计值的要求;砌体沿通缝截面抗剪强度平均值随着专用砌筑砂浆剂掺量的增加而增大,但是仅有专用砌筑砂浆剂全部取代石灰膏的砌筑砂浆砌块砌体沿通缝截面抗剪强度设计值,能满足规范规定砌体抗剪强度设计值的要求,并对其机理进行了探讨。
Experimental study is made on influence of special masonry mortar additive for small concrete block on basic mechanical properties of the concrete block masonry such as compression strength and shear strength of the section along continuous seam based on the existing test method standard for masonry basic mechanical properties and code for design of masonry structures. The results show that incorporation of special mortar additive although reduces the design value of compression strength of small concrete block masonry to different degree,it can still meet the requirement of compression strength design value of masonry specified in the code. Average value of block masonry shear strength of the section along continuous seam increases as special mortar additive increases, but only when the special masonry mortar additive replaces all of the lime paste,block masonry shear strength design value of the section along continuous seam can meet the requirement of masonry shear strength design value specified in the code and its mechanism is discussed as well.
