辣椒受精作用持续时间的研究

The Duration of Some Phases of Fertilization Process in Red Pepper

通过比较授粉后不同时期切去花柱的子房所形成的果实的结实率,并结合荧光显微技术观察花粉管在花柱和子房中的生长过程,初步看到尖辣椒从授粉到开始受精大约需要12h,子房内胚珠全部完成受精需要26h以上。

This report deals with the duration of the fertilization during some phases in red pepper. The result showed: the duration of the germination of pollens on the stigma is about 2-5 hours, the growth of pollen tubes in the style being about 4 hours. The growth of pollen tubes in the ovary cavity and the entry of the tube into ovules are about 6 hours. The total time from germination of pollen grains on the stigma to the completion of the tubes into almost all the ovules is about 26 hours.We also disseussed the theoretical and practical significance on the study of the duration of the fertilization process.
