New Heating Techniques in Bending Processing of Automobile Windshield

摘要 汽车玻璃弯曲热加工中,为防止Low-E膜被烧毁,玻璃膜的温度必须严格控制。介绍了红外辐射过滤加热技术和微波加热技术在汽车玻璃加工中的应用。采用这两种新技术可以使玻璃对辐射能量吸收率大于膜的吸收率,弯曲加工中膜温相对玻璃基板温度要低,有效地保证膜的光学性能。 In the hot processing of automobile windshield the temperature of Low - E coating must be strictly controlled in order to prevent it from burning out. The new techniques in bending processing of the automobile windshield including near - IR radiation filter and microwave heating technology were introduced. Through adopting these new techniques, the glass substrate would absorb more heat than the Low - E coating, so the temperature of coating should be lower than that of glass substrate during bending processing. The optical characteristics of coating can be guaranteed.
