在分析了碳纤维生产工艺的基础上,本文基于可编程计算机控制器(PCC)研制了一套新型碳纤维生产线控制系统。现场测试表明,该系统具有更强的抗干扰能力、更高的可靠性,温度控制准确,传动控制可靠平稳,控制灵活。

Based on the producing technology of carbon fiber, designed a novel computer control system for the carbon fiber product line by using programmable computer controller. The local test showed that this system had better anti-jamming capacity and higher reliability. Mean- while, for this system, the control of temperature was accurate and the control of transmission was reliable and placid.
