摘要
弹性联轴器作为航空发动机、减速器、动力装置或者功率吸收装置之间的连接结构,在实际工作中会遭遇到因振动过大而造成事故的发生。从结构分析、动力学计算和动力特性实验三个方面阐述并研究了弹性联轴器的动力学特点。研究表明,弹性联轴器的花键连接是影响弹性联轴器动力学特性的关键因素,花键的松动连接是实现弹性轴"浮动"的充分必要条件;弹性联轴器的结构也影响着花键连接的状态,过长的转接套齿会导致松动连接的失效,从而导致危险振动的发生。通过弹性联轴器动力特性实验,测量得到弹性轴呈弯曲形态的弹性联轴器的临界转速,证明了花键松动连接转变为柔性连接可能性的存在。最后提出了消除这种可能性的有效措施。
Elastic coupling is commonly used in roating machinery for connecting two shafts and delivering the power,for example,the spline coupling between engine and reducer or hydrodynamometer.Dynamic characteristics of an elastic coupling are expounded in three aspects including structure analysis,dynamics calculation and test.The results show that the operating state of a spline coupling is a critical factor affecting dynamic characteristics of an elastic coupling.Loose coupling is a necessary condition making elastic shaft floating.The structural style affects the state of elastic coupling.If the transfer coupling is too long,loose coupling may be ineffective,and dangerous vibration will happen.By dynamic test,the critical speed is obtained,and it is verified that flexible condition is exist for spline coupling.In the end,some suggestions are put forward to prevent dangerous vibration happening.
