摘要
针对旋转锯切圆锯片的噪声与振动特性及降噪技术,回顾了国内外近40多年来该领域的研究情况。对圆锯片的噪声特性分类进行了评述,包括空气动力学噪声,共振噪声以及机械噪声特性,主要针对其空气动力学噪声特性过去的研究成果进行了论述。进一步探讨了圆锯片的振动特性,包括圆锯片固有频率的获得方法,振动模态的实验与理论计算方法,临界速率的计算方法以及稳定性分析等。在降噪技术评述中,主要针对切割参数优化降噪和开槽降噪以及阻尼降噪技术及其机理进行详细的综述,为低噪声锯片的设计与改进提供了一定的理论依据。最后,针对目前研究存在的问题以及今后的研究方向作了进一步的说明。
Study on vibration characteristics of circular saws and their noise reduction techniques in the past forty years is reviewed.The characteristics of noise of circular saws are classified as follows: aerodynamic noise,resonance noise,and mechanical noise.The past study on aerodynamic noise is primarily introduced.And then characteristic of vibration of circular saws is discussed.Some methods which are about how to get natural frequency,the computational and experimental methods of the vibration modes,and the computational methods of the critical velocity and the analysis of stability are included.The noise reduction techniques with slots and damping and optimal cutting parameters are primarily involved,all of which provide a theoretical basis for design and improvement of circular saws with low noise.Finally,some problems existed are involved and recommendations are explained for further study.
