1-氯-4-甲基亚磺酰基丁烷的合成

摘要 以1-溴-3-氯丙烷和二甲亚砜为原料,四氢呋喃为溶齐,在氢化钠的作用下成功合成了1-氯-4-甲基亚磺酰基丁烷,其工艺条件为:氢化钠与1-溴-3-氯丙烷的物质的量之比为1:1.3,反应温度为-40℃,反应时间1 h,产率为63.5%。经红外、核磁共振表征确定了该化合物的结构。 1 - chloro - 4 - methylsulfinyl - butane was synthesized successfully form 1 - bromo - 3 - chloropropane and dimethyl sulfoxide in the presence of sodium hydride in tetrahydrofuran, the reaction conditions are as follows: sodium hydride : 1 - bromo - 3 - chloropropane = 1 : 1.3 (mol) ; reaction temperature, - 40 ℃ ; reaction time, 1 h. Its yield is 63.5 %. Its structure is characterized and confirmed by IR, ^1H - NMR.
