摘要
分析数控车床自动编程系统中直线和圆弧刀具轨迹出现刀具干涉的条件,提出了解决刀具干涉的处理方法,给出了刀具路径验证的总体算法,实现了生成无干涉的刀具路径的功能。
The condition of tool interference about line tool-path and arc tool-path in automatic programming system of CNC lathe was analyzed, the processing method of tool interference was proposed. The tool-path verifying algorithm is designed and validated with a typical part.
