基于三坐标机直线度测量中采样间距的研究

Research of Sampling Spacing in Measuring Straightness Based on CMM

基于三坐标测量机对直线度测量采样间距进行研究,根据采样数据用最小二乘法评定直线度误差,然后对评定结果进行分析比较,得到出用三坐标机进行直线度测量时采样间距与尺寸大小及精度之间的关系,并提出了今后的研究方向及内容。

The sampling spacing in measuring straightness is researched based on three coordinate measuring machine. According to the sample data the least-square method is used to evaluate the straightness error, the evaluated resuhs are analyzed and compared, then the connections of sampling spacing in measuring straighmess with dimension and precision are gained, also the future research directions and contents are presented.
