介绍了超大型智能化控流设备的性能和组成结构,论述了根据实际工况要求设计的DN4 800蝶阀的动、静两种密封副特点,总结了运用计算机对蝶阀主体件刚度和强度进行有限元理论分析实现结构优化设计的方法。
Summary Introduce the significance developing this equipment; designing two type seal of moving and quiescent according to working condition, have realized structural optimization design by computer; to analyze stiffness and intensity of main body by the finite element method and set forth the economic effect and the marketplace prospect.
