Study of closing moment for electrically actuated valves

分析了电动楔式闸阀和截止阀等阀门在电动操作时关闭不严密的原因。提出了改进电动装置控制系统的建议以及消除电动阀门关闭不严密现象的措施。

There exists often the phenomenon of imprecise closing for electrically actuated wedge type of gate valves and globe valves in their applications, which has brought difficulty and bother to end users and valve operators, and also shorten the life-span badly of valves. The reason for this is that the control system of existing electric actuators could not ensure the closing moment of valves, i. e. couldn＇t satisfy control requirement for the valves with moment control. This text brings forward the proposal of improvement for the control system of electric actuators and measures of eliminating the phenomenon of imprecise closing.
