戊巴比妥钠(Pentobarbital Sodium Pharm USPZⅧ)以30mg/kg的剂量静脉注射麻醉山羊,其对呼吸、血压的影响与对狗、大白鼠、猫的报导材料不同。伴随着戊巴比妥钠的注入,呼吸出现进行性抑制,血压逐渐降低。注射完毕后呼吸、血压即迅速恢复正常,并且血压的恢复快于呼吸。鉴测心电图呈现出标准Ⅲ导联T波倒置或原倒置T波加深;V_3、V_5胸导联原倒置T波加深;标准Ⅱ导联QRS主峰棘由向上转为向下,标准Ⅰ导联及加压肢体导联aVL、T波倒置且S—T段下降。心电轴成羊母羊左偏、羔羊及成羊公羊右偏。总而言之,缺血性心电变化显著。
