结合信息不对称理论,分析了信息系统外包过程中风险产生的途径和规律,从对实施方依赖程度入手,分析了多重外包、分散外包的风险模型讨论,提出了抽象的信息量的概念,将复杂的信息系统看成是量化了的、一般的信息作业,为企业信息系统外包决策提供参考。

Combining the theory of information dissymmetry, this article analyzes the approaches and rules of generation in the course of the information systems consignation. The article starts from the extent of depending to the information systems erector. Then it analyzes the risk models of multi -consignation and disperse consignation. In this article, the concept of abstract information quantity is put forward, which regard the complicated information systems operations as the quantitative and general information operation. And help to reduce the risk of consignation to offer the reference to the decision of information systems consignafion for the enterprises through the analysis of the reason of the risk.
