Food Safety Early Warning System under Different Perspectives

文章从多视角分析了逻辑预警、系统科学预警、风险分析预警和信号预警,分析了系统工程预警的思想、系统的耗散和协调预警的理念以及信号控制预警方法,并结合实际应用对理论进行了实证研究,初步形成了食品安全预警的理论体系。

With the development of the ideas and concepts about the food safety early warning, the new understanding and perspectives from the results of the early warning, the primary theoretical bases for food safety have been formed. Moreover, the practical application of food safety early warning requires theory guidance increasingly. Based on this, the paper analyzes the logical early warning, the system science early warning, the risk analysis early warning and the signal early warning, and proposes the viewpoint of systems engineering early warning, the concepts of dissipation and coordinating early warning. The empirical research of some practical applications is also given in this paper and the primary theoretical system of the food safety early warning has been formed.
