摘要
介绍了科大创新工业辐照加速器中扫描磁铁电源的研制方案,包括三角波励磁电流线性度的考虑,三角波调制器的原理以及基于单片机的控制系统和工业辐照环境下软硬件方面所采取的抗干扰措施,介绍了一种输出电流峰–峰值20A、扫描频率为50Hz的连续三角波的工业辐照加速器扫描磁铁电源的基本原理与设计考虑。
The design of a beam-scan power-supply used in a 10 MeV linac E-beam irradiator is presented in this paper. The consideration of linear excitation current and principle of triangle wave modulator are included, control system based on single-chip and its anti-jamming scheme in indusU-ial circumstance are introduced. A scanning magnet power-supply can produce continuous triangle waveform current, the frequency can be adjusted from 20 Hz to 50Hz in 1-Hz steps, and the peak-to-peak current is 20A.
