This article elaborated the connotation and meanings of the new pattern of laboratory construction ＂one center, two platform, three teams＂ and proposed the under standing and measures to the laboratory construction, experimental teaching reform and laboratory management in the new period, which might provide references for the reform and development of university laboratories.
