摘要
采用紫外分光光度法和目视比色法进行氯化铵药效学试验,比较两种方法作为祛痰药药效学试验方法的可行性。结果表明两种试验方法之间无显著性差异,但紫外分光光度法具有精确性高和简便快速等特点。
Pharmacodynamics experiment of ammonium chloride was conducted by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and visual colorimetry, These two methods were compared, The results show that the two methods have no significant differences, but the former has higher accuracy, is more simple and rapid than the latter.
