本文从我国高技术产业发展及管理模式的现状分析入手，主要研究由计划经济向市场经济转轨时期，我国发展高技术产业的政府行为的特点，探讨在社会主义市场经济的条件下。

By analyzing the present state of our nation’s high technology industries development and management model, this article mainly studies the characteristics of government behavior in developing China’s high technology industries during the transform period from plannig economy to market economy and investigates the marco-control function of government behavior model in developing high technology industries under the condition of socialist market economy.
