我国体育产业经营管理人才社会需求和培养现状的调查研究

Investigation on demand and present cultivation situation of managerial and administrative talents in sports industry

运用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,对体育产业经营管理人才的社会需求和培养现状进行了调查研究。结果表明:社会对综合素质高、能力突出的体育产业经营管理人才的需求意愿强烈,但目前的专业点设置、培养规模、培养目标、课程设置和培养规模等,都还不能充分满足社会对本专业人才的需求。

With the methods of documentary, questionnaire and visiting, it conducted the investigation and study to the demand and present cultivation situation of management and administration. The result has indicated that it is intense that the demand wish of society for managerial and administrative talents who has high synthesis quality ability, but it cannot meet the demand fully that present specialized establishment, cultivation scale, cultivation goal, curriculum and so on.
