香榧雌花芽分化期内源多胺的变化

Changes of Endogenous Polyamines dring Differentiation of Female Flower Bud of Torreya grandis cv.Merrillii

采用高效液相色谱法,分析了两类香榧植株雌花芽分化期雌花芽和叶片内源多胺含量的变化。结果发现:在采样期间,雌花芽内源腐胺(Put)和亚精胺(Spd)含量均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,且变幅明显,精胺(Spm)含量变化相对复杂和平稳,以腐胺含量最高;同期叶片内源腐胺、亚精胺和精胺也基本呈单日峰变化,但内源亚精胺和精胺出现峰值的时间在两类植株间差异明显。另外,在形态分化的大部分时间段,历年结果相对较少植株的雌花芽中腐胺和亚精胺含量高于历年结果相对较多的植株,而精胺含量变化则相反,说明在香榧花芽分化特定期,较低含量的腐胺与亚精胺可能是多花的一个信号。

The endogenous polyamines （putrecinc, spcrmidinc and spcrminc） ccntents in female flower bud during differentiation and leaf from Torreya grandis cv. Merrillii were analyzed with High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The result showed that during sampling the content of endogenous putrecine and spcrmidine from female flower bud increased first but followed by decline, while endogenous spermine content had relatively small and complicated change. The value of endogenous putrecinc from female flower bud was the highest among the three polyamines. The content of endogenous putreeine, spermidine and spermine from leaf presented a single peak during sampling, but the dates for peak of endogenous spcrmidine and spermine were different between type A （relatively fewer bearing in the past years） and type B （relatively more bearing in the past years）. Besides. during the most time of morphological differentiation, endogenous putrecine and spermidine contents in female flower bud from type A were higher than those from type B. while endogenous spcrmine content presented the opposite way. It possibly indicated that lower content of endogenous putrecine and spcrmidine in flower bud were physiological signal of more flowers.
