摘要 以青岛远洋宾馆爆破拆除工程为例,分析了剪力墙结构定向爆破切口设计的关键因素,包括切口形状、切口高度、纵向跨度和支撑翻转轴位置等。提出当设计爆破切口高度较低时,梯形爆破切口较三角形爆破切口利于定向倒塌;当定向爆破的纵向跨度较大时,宜采用梯形爆破切口,并前移定向倒塌时的支撑翻转轴。另外,预制楼板的剪力墙结构在嵌入楼板的部位形成薄弱环节,结构的整体性较差,冲击塌落过程中易解体破碎,类似结构爆破设计时要充分考虑此特性。 Taking demolition blasting of Qingdao Yuanyang Hotel for example, the key factors of the directional blasting cut,namely the shape of cut,the height of cut,the portrait span of cut and the site of rotation axis,are discussed. When the height of cut is not big enough, the triangle-shape cut is better than the trapezoid-shape one. When the portrait span of cut is too big and the height of cut is not big enough ,the trapezoid-shape should he adopted ,and the rotation axis should be forward-moved. In addition, the shear-wall structure with lift-slab is more fragile than the cast-in-site one, and this character is should be considered in design of demolition blasting of shear-wall structure with lift-slab.
