摘要
辽宁省本溪市截止到2006年6月底收缴了各种类型的废旧炮弹、炸弹、爆破筒、地雷、手雷、手榴弹、子弹等总重量达10 t。为了彻底清除隐患,公安机关组织实施了该市规模空前的废旧炮(航)弹的销毁。根据这次被销毁的废旧弹的特点,选择了爆炸法。介绍了炮弹运输过程中的注意事项,并按工程爆破设计思路,阐述了销毁场地和诱爆药的选择、爆破参数选取,以及此次销毁工作的施工组织及安全措施,经过精心操作,圆满成功。
The paper states that up to the end of June 2006, about ten tons of shells, bombs, bangalores mines, bombs,grenades,bullets have been impounded in Benxi city Liaoning province. In order to eliminate the potential danger completely,the Public Security Bureau arranged to carry out this unprecedented desttruction of these discorded bombs. Based on the characteristics of these bombs, a particular blasting method was chosen. The paper expounded the transportation process of these shells, bombs etc as well as some cautions and attentions. It also expounded the selection of destruction ground, detonating explosives, blasting parameters, operation arrangement and security means. Due to the careful management, the operation succeeded completely.
