摘要
爆破振动控制是小净距隧道施工面临的关键问题之一。通过对十(堰)漫(川关)高速公路大轩岭隧道进行爆破振动监测,研究了小净距隧道施工中的爆破振动控制要点以及隧道开挖时的爆破地震波衰减规律。研究结果显示,垂直振动速度可作为爆破振动的控制速度;合理确定小净距隧道的间距以及设置合理的分段爆破参数是维持小净距隧道围岩稳定性的关键;运用回归分析等手段,可以较便捷地得到围岩的爆破振动衰减规律,从而可以更好地对隧道开挖爆破进行稳定性控制,保证隧道的顺利施工。
Controlling the blasting vibration is one of the key problems in the construction of small clear space tunnel. The points of controlling the blasting vibration and the weakening regularity of seismic wave in the tunnel construction was researched by monitoring the blasting vibration of Daxuanling tunnel in Shiyan Man Chuanguan express-way. The results show that the velocity of vertical vibration can be the controlling velocity of blasting vibration; the reasonable clear space and the parameter of segment blast are the key points to maintain the rock mass of the small clear space tunnel stabilized;the weakening regularity of seismic wave in rock mass can be concluded by regression analysis ,which can control the blasting vibration better and increase security in the construction.
