5×5阵列光互连传输的模拟计算

Simulation and Analysis of 5×5 Array Transmission Module for Free Space Optical Interconnections

摘要 模拟了5×5光互连模块在自由空间中的光学传输和成像特性,当垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)为高斯光束输出时,分析了像面模场、探测器阵列的相对光能量分布,计算了成像光斑尺寸与模块间距和光源发散角的关系曲线,为设计模块结构和探测器阵元尺寸提供了理论依据。 The architecture of 5×5 array transmission module is presented. The transfer characteristics were simulated by means of optics design software in which light from VCSEL (vertical cavity surface emitting laser ) array is considered as a Gaussian beam and microlen array is made of N15 glass. Image size and relative illumination of detector array were given as a function of the distance between lens array and Gaussian angle. The architecture design depends on the modeling results.
