摘要
以大马士革蔷薇的当年生枝条为外植体,研究了不同浓度6—BA和NAA外源激素配比组合对其离体培养的影响,结果表明:适宜的诱导腋芽培养基为MS+BA0.4mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L;继代增殖培养基为MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L;生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L。
This experiment took Rosa damascene's fresh layer of the same year as to explant, the influences of matching combinations of exogenous hormone 6--BA and NAA with different concentration on it culture in vitro were studied. The results showed that the best medium to induce proliferation was MS+ BA0.4mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L; the best subculture medium was MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L;While rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L.
