摘要
在研究和分析传统指纹分割方法(如方差法、方向图和灰度频数方法等)的基础上,针对这些方法各自的优缺点,提出一种将三种方法相结合的新的指纹图像分割方法。该方法能容易而准确地分割出背景区域和前景区域,适用于不同质量和不同级别的指纹图像。
The traditional common means for segmenting the fingerprint image are variance method , directional method and frequency of gray levels. After investigating and analyzing these methods, for the respective advantages and disadvantages of these methods, this paper presents a new approach to segmenting the fingerprint images based on these methods. The method can be easily and accurately separate the prospects for regional and regional context, applicable to the different quality and different levels image of the fingerprint.
