摘要
利用微变等效电路法,分析引入自举电路后对原电路的噪声影响,得到自举电路的噪声特性和减小自举电路噪声影响的方法。即:当自举电阻Rg满足低噪声化条件时,自举电路对原电路噪声的不利影响就可以减到最小而可以忽略不计。因此,在设计自举电路时应尽可能满足低噪声化条件。
The paper analyses the influence of Self - elevate Circuit by using the method of vernier equality circuit, and gets that noise characteristic of the circuit and the way of reducing noise influence of the circuit. That is to say when self - elevate resistance Rg meets low noise condition, the circuit noise disadvantage effect will decrease to minimum and then overlook it. Therefore, when we design self- elevate circuit,it should meet low noise condition in the whole way.
