物料返还流程是管理供应链中的关键流程之一。在比较了传统的物料返还流程处理方法的基础上,提出一种更为合理的物料退货授权方案(RMA),介绍企业资源规划软件Oracle是如何实现此解决方案的;并详细讨论Oracle解决维修RMA问题的方案流程。

One of the critical processes of an organizations supply chain is the return material process. This paper will focus on the design of a more reasonable return material authorization （RMA） process through comparing the traditional RMA process, introduce how Oracle realize the solution, and discuss the process of repair RMA in particular.
