摘要
介绍了一种评价和选择飞机生存力设计技术的方法。首次从敏感性和易损性两个方面提出了飞机生存力的评价指标体系,构建了生存力设计技术对评价指标的影响矩阵;用协商定权方法确定各评价指标的权重,并通过影响矩阵评价生存力设计技术对提高生存力的作用。因为生存力提高是以增加重量和费用为代价的,提出了"单位费用单位重量获得的生存力"的概念来评价和选择飞机生存力设计技术。最后,通过实例分析了飞机生存力设计技术评价和选择的过程。
The objective of this paper is to develop a method used to evaluate and select design technologies for aircraft survivability enhancement. The evaluation criteria for aircraft survivability are proposed from the two aspects of susceptibility and vulnerability, and the effects of aircraft survivability technologies on the evaluation criteria are analyzed in a technology impact matrix. The bargaining weight method is proposed to calculate the weighting factors of the evaluation criteria, and the impact matrix is used to evaluate the effects of survivability technologies on aircraft survivability enhancement. Considering that the survivability improvement is obtained at the cost of increasing weight and expense, a new concept, the survivability obtained with unit cost and unit weight is proposed to evaluate and select the technologies. The evaluation and selecting process is analyzed through a practical example.
