摘要
在采空区上建设日产2500吨新型干法水泥熟料生产线在国内外没有成熟的经验,经方案比选决定对地基采取注浆充填处理技术,根据工程实际确定了全充填、半充填范围,确定了计算模型,并试验确定了注浆浆液的配合比;注浆完成后,采用钻探取芯、压水试验、弹性波波速检测等手段进行了检测,均满足要求,从而积累了比较成功的采空区地基处理经验。
There is no experience in construction of the clinker production line as 2500t/d with the NSP cement on goaf in domestic and abroad. By the grouting filling technique, the fully filling region and the semi-fully filling region are determined and the calculated model is set up according to the engineering requirement. Then the grouting fluid ratio is also determined by tes- ting. After grouting, the treated foundation is measured by different methods such as coring drilling test, water pressure test, elastic wave velocities method, etc.. From the test results, the treated foundation is satisfied for the engineering requirement. Meanwhile from the engineering, the treatment experience of the goaf foundation is accumulated.
