摘要
使用Na2SiO3对天然高分子壳聚糖进行交联改性制备出一种新型环保型造纸废水絮凝剂,并考察了pH值、搅拌速率等对CODcr去除率和SS去除率的影响,确定了最佳的絮凝处理工艺,使其与传统絮凝剂相比,对废水中CODcr的去除率提高了14.5%、SS去除率提高了9.1%,且吨废水的药剂成本下降了18.9%,具有明显的经济与环境效益。
By modifying chitosan with Na2SiO3, a novel environment-friendly flocculant has been prepared. By testing and studying the influence of pH, agitation rate, and so on, we have found the best flocculation technology of this flocculant. Compared with the traditional flocculant ,the removal rates of COD, and SS increase 14.5% and 9.1% respectively, the cost of flocculant reduces 18.9% , which has remarkable benefits in economy and environment.
