摘要 本文研究回用过程中麦草纤维物理化学性能及其成纸性能变化,结合纤维的微观结构变化寻找引起纤维角质化的主要原因。研究结果表明,纸页抗张指数和耐破指数随着回用次数的增加而降低,分别下降了33.40%和21.83%,撕裂指数先增大后降低再增大。在回用过程中麦草纤维的长度变化很小,变化量最大不超过0.5mm。半纤维素含量在一次回用之后下降了4.83%,在2~5次回用过程中变化量在1%以内,木素含量变化不超过0.5%。而纤维结晶度随着回用次数增加而增大了9.05%,保水值下降了0.73g/g,纤维角质化可能是由纤维结晶度增大引起的。 We have investigated the change of physical and chemical properties of wheat straw fiber and paper properties, and tried to find the main reasons for fiber hornification combining with fiber's microstructure. The resuits showed that the tensile index and burst index decreased 33.41% and 21.83% separately when the recycling time increased, but the tear index increased first, then decreased and increased to some extent at last. During the recycling process, the fiber length changed no more than 0.5mm, The content of hemicellulose decreased 4.83% after first recycle, and then the changes of hemicellulose and lignin contents were not higher than 1% and 0.5% separately. We also found that the degree of crystallinity increased 9.05% during recycling process and the Water Retention Value decreased 0. 73g/g. According to those results, hornification is possibly caused by the increase of degree of crystallinity.
