An introduction was made on the disadvantages in respects of construction and management that had affected the safe operation of collectively owned reservoirs in Yulin city. In order to remove the disadvantages and secure the safety of reservoirs, some countermeasures are presented such as reforming the management system of collectively owned reservoirs, perfecting management fund collection system, strengthening administration and implementing reinforcement.
