摘要
电动汽车已成为当代汽车发展的主要方向,是21世纪最有潜力的交通工具。介绍了国外发展电动汽车的政策及成熟经验;概述了我国目前发展电动汽车的政策。结合我国国情提出了发展电动汽车的配套政策体系以及落实政策的具体措施。
As the most potential transportation vehicles in the 21st century, electric vehicle （EV） is the trend of automobile industry development nowadays. This paper introduces the policy and experience of EV development abroad, presents the supporting policy system and specific measures of EV development which is suitable to the situation of China.
