摘要
物资编码是企业物流信息系统中最基础的信息,在集成业务信息系统中进行物资编码需要引用系统思维的方法,满足集成业务信息系统建设、实施、使用的要求。总结了电力企业信息系统建设、使用过程中遇到的有关物资编码方面的主要问题。提出了集成业务信息系统对物资编码的新要求。重点总结了上海市电力公司实施集成业务信息系统以来物资编码方面的成功经验,介绍了通行的编码方法要点。该方法在电力企业中具有一定的推广和参考价值。
The material＇s code is the most basic information in enterprise logistics information system. In order to satisfy the requirement in construction, implementation and application of integrated business information system （IBIS）, systematic conception should be introduced to material coding. This paper summarizes the main problems of material coding which exist in construction, implementation and application of IBIS, presents new requirements on it. Successful experience of material coding in implementation of IBIS of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company is emphatically summarized and key points of general coding method is introduced. It has certain reference value for power enterprises and is worthy of application and promotion.
