摘要
为加强对非线性客户的管理,治理电网谐波污染,提高电网电能质量,上海市电力公司奉贤供电分公司选择了具有典型非线性负荷特征的小钢厂进行调整研究。介绍了电能质量监测点的选择;被监测设备负荷特性的分析;监测的主要结果及其分析。提出的小型非线性客户谐波工询管理思路和建议,有一定的参考价值。
In order to enhance management on non-linear load customers to reduce harmonics pollution and improve electricity quality in power network, Fengxian Subsidiary Company of SMEPC has selected small steel factories with typical non-linear load characteristics to make adjustment and research. This paper introduces the selection of electricity quality monitoring points, load characteristics analysis of monitor devices, major monitoring results and analysis. The feasible management conception and suggests on harmonics situation of small non-linear load customers are presented and have certain reference value.
